Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If your order is damaged during shipping, please email photos to lightninggapbotanical@protonmail.com and we will send a replacement.

Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. Due to high shipping costs and legal regulations on some of our products, we are currently unable to ship outside the USA.

Because we are a small team living in a very rural area with limited postal services, we ship orders twice a month. It can take up to three weeks for orders to ship (but usually less!). We MAY be able to accommodate urgent orders for SMALL shipments (1-2 products) as a courtesy, but no guarantees–if you would like to request rush shipping after placing an order, please email lightninggapbotanical@protonmail.com with the subject line “RUSH SHIPPING ORDER [your order number here]” and we will do our best.
