We harvest our black walnut hulls at ideal ripeness, when they are green but soft enough to easily dent with a finger.
Why topical use only? State and federal regulations require products for human consumption to be produced in a certified commercial kitchen. While we strive for the highest production standards, we do not maintain a commercial kitchen.
